These elegant heart-shaped earrings are the vintage Bvlgari Doppio Cuore (Double Heart) style, crafted in 18k yellow gold.
Designed typically in the 1980s or 1990s, they feature a "door knocker" dangle style where a smaller heart surmount supports a larger, puffed heart pendant.
Designer: Bvlgari.
Material: Solid 18k yellow gold (hallmarked with "750" and the Bvlgari signature).
Design: A "Doppio Cuore" (Double Heart) motif with a sculptural, puffy finish.
Fastening: Clip-on omega backings
