This item is a Ty Beanie Baby 1999 Signature Bear.
It is a brown and white flecked plush bear featuring a red ribbon bow around its neck. The bear has a red heart Tembroidered on its chest with "1999" and a signature.
It was released and retired in 1999.
It is approximately 8.5 inches tall Perfect item for a collector. Toy looks new, comes with original tag, most likely spent its life on a shelf.
