This item is a vintage silver-plated wedding wager cup. It is also known as a maiden's cup or Nuremberg bridal cup, originating from a German wedding tradition.
The design, in the shape of a woman holding a small swiveling cup above her head, allows a couple to drink simultaneously from both the large skirt cup and the small upper cup.
It symbolizes love, faithfulness, and good luck for the newly married couple.
The piece is likely a 20th-century reproduction in the German style.
The interior of the cups has a gilt (gold wash) finish.

If a buyer returns an item, the buyer will pay all return shipping fees.
A 10% restocking fee will be subtracted from the amount of the item.
