This is a Catholic four-way medal (also known as a four-way cross or crucifix). It combines four different popular Catholic medals into one piece:
- Top Left: St. Joseph with the Child Jesus.
- Top Right: The Sacred Heart of Jesus (or sometimes St. John the Evangelist).
- Bottom Left: The Miraculous Medal (depicting the Virgin Mary).
- Bottom Right: St. Christopher carrying the Child Jesus.
- Center: The Crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
The reverse side reads, "I am a Catholic, please call a priest". Japan

If a buyer returns an item, the buyer will pay all return shipping fees.
