This antique carved conch shell cameo portrait of a Bacchanalian maiden pendant is set in a 10K gold bezel within a border of 10K yellow gold leaves and has a sturdy bail.
Those females who attended the festivals of Bacchus, the Greek God of wine and agriculture are often depicted with grapes in their hair.
The pendant is hung on 14k Gold Box Chain.The chain is stamped.
