This is a lovely cluster of many different stones. It features a large marquise cut smoky topaz, along with yellow topaz marquise stones, round citrine gemstones and small round cut diamonds. Ring is stamped 14k and has been acid tested for gold purity. Would be a nice anniversary or birthday gift for her!
